The challenge

Operators were estimating trip costs in spreadsheets: every quote meant re-entering fleet data, fuel prices and crew costs by hand, and answers varied by who did the maths.

Our approach

We modelled the cost drivers per aircraft type, built a Blazor quoting workspace on .NET Core and Azure, and connected live fleet data so a quote updates the moment an input changes.
